All attendees with a reservation, whether General or VIP, will enter through the Priority Access.

Other attendees arriving without a table reservation (General or VIP) will enter through the General Access, in queue order, until seating capacity is reached.

For attendees arriving without a table reservation, General Access, access will be free for all sessions except for the afternoon sessions (from 17:00h), for the days indicated below, which must pay 5,00€ at the entrance for access to the venue:

Friday On the eve of public holidays (Saturday and Wednesday 11/10).

Children under 18 years of age will not have to pay this €5.00 entrance fee.

Attendees who have reserved a VIP table will be given a VIP bracelet (Cashless) with the drinks paid for on the website (VIP menu) and will be able to pay for these drinks only in the VIP Area.

Yes.

You can enter the party without a table reservation, but we have set up an advance table reservation manager (general or VIP) to guarantee you access to the venue, as there is limited seating and at certain times it is possible that you will not be able to enter until space is free.

General table bookings are free, except for the afternoon sessions (from 17:00h onwards) on the days listed below, a charge of €5.00 (taxes included) per person will be applied during the booking process for access to the party, plus €0.99 for each table booked as an administration fee:

Friday Holiday eves ( Saturday: 5,12 and 19 October)

The rest of the afternoon sessions (from 5:00 p.m.), a cost of €5.00 (taxes included) per person will be applied during the table reservation process, which will be deducted from any consumption (except in the food truck area) with an equal or higher price, which is paid at the party on the day of the reservation, exchanging a Ticket with a QR Code (Value QR) per product.

These type of general table bookings include priority access to the party.

General table bookings can only be made through the official Oktoberfest Barcelona website.

Once you have made your general table booking, you will receive an email with your details and confirmation indicating the access to "Download Tickets", from where the individual tickets with QR Code per person will be generated.

With your ticket with the individual QR Code of your table reservation, printed or on your mobile phone, you must go to the Preferential Access of the party identified with the sign "Accreditations / VIPs / Table Reservation". You will be guaranteed entry to the marquee according to the time slot for the selected day.

**It is not necessary that all attendees from the same table reservation arrive together at the marquee. Each attendee will have their own ticket with a unique QR Code, which once validated will no longer be valid **.

The VIP table booking costs €30 per person and must be paid in advance via the VIP table reservation manager.

The VIP table booking is associated with a VIP Menu including a sausage grill with sauerkraut and kartoffelsalat, plus a bretzel and a litre of Paulaner Original.

With your ticket with the individual QR Code of your VIP table reservation printed out or on your mobile phone, you will be directed to the Preferential Access of the party identified with the sign "Accreditations / VIPs / Table bookings", without having to queue with the rest of the attendees.

Your table booking will be exchanged for drink tickets and you will be given a VIP wristband for exclusive access to the VIP Area.

You will be shown the location of your VIP table within a restricted and exclusive area for attendees with this type of table, and your VIP identification bracelet will be validated by means of a second access control.

In this VIP area, there is table service for both gastronomy and beer. In the general table area there is no gastronomic table service, only beer service.

General table bookings are for certain time slots depending on the day of the party.

12:00 h - 16:00 h ( Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays ) 17:00 h - 19:00 h ( Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday )

Tables will not be reserved after 19:00 h.

However, tables will be available until the capacity of the party is reached.

General table reservations are for specific time slots depending on the day selected.

It is "convenient" to arrive at the beginning of the time slot of the reservation and occupy your table. Otherwise, they may be occupied by other groups.

However, if you have a reservation, and you arrive within the selected time slot, you will have priority access to the party and, as far as possible, we will try to place you at a table in the venue according to the characteristics selected in your table reservation.

With your VIP table booking you will be able to access both the marquee and the VIP Area, always within the time slot for the selected day.

With your general table booking made for the first shift ( 12:00 h - 16:00 h ), at the end of the time, you can stay at the party until closing time, but you will have to free the table for the next shift.

With your general table booking made for the second shift ( 17:00 h - 19:00 h ), at the end of the time, you will be able to continue enjoying the table until the end of the party that day.

With your VIP table booking made for the first shift ( 12:00 h - 17:00 h ), at the end of the time, you will be able to stay in the main tent of the party until closing time, but you will have to free the table for the next shift.

With your VIP table booking made for the second shift ( 17:00 h to closing time ), you will be able to use the table until the end of the party that day.

The maximum capacity per table is 8 people.

It is possible that when you received the table booking confirmation it was placed in the SPAM / unwanted folder of your email, or that the email address you provided was not correct.

We remind you that the maximum capacity of each table reservation is 8 people.

To make a modification to a table reservation, you have an option on the website where you can manage your details and the table reservations you have made.

You can do this by accessing the website, and on the top right-hand side you will see a user icon. If you click on it, enter the e-mail address indicated in the reservation and the password that appears next to the e-mail address in the reservation, you will be able to access your online table reservation control panel so that you can manage (modify or cancel) them.

Oktoberfest Barcelona is a popular party where everyone is invited.

At all times, minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians, the latter being responsible for the actions of minors at the party.

The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age.

This year we will have gluten-free beer in bottle format at the Oktoberfest Barcelona. You can see the beers available in the section Presential Beers.

Soft drinks and water will also be available.

Within our gastronomic offer there will be the possibility to enjoy it with menus specially prepared for coeliacs.

We will also have a hamburger for vegans (baked to avoid contact with vegetable or animal oils and fats), as well as a green salad for vegetarians. We also have a list of allergens and technical data sheets for all our products.

Ask directly at the food dispensing counters for them, entering the main tent on the right side, and they will explain the available offer to you.

There will be no tobacco distribution and/or sales service inside the marquees.

For security reasons, access to the party is not allowed with motorbike helmets, scooters or any other equipment that the security team at the access control deems appropriate to ensure the safety of attendees and staff.

No locker space has been provided inside the marquees.

The festival's Information Point will also be used as a lost property point. Once the day is over, all deposited objects will be taken to our production offices and the next day they will be returned to the information point so that they can be reclaimed.

Once Oktoberfest Barcelona is over, all items that have not been collected/claimed will be handed over to Fira Barcelona's ServiFira Customer Service department:

There will be a medical team in the main marquee where you will be attended to for any mishap you may have suffered during the party.

You can also contact a member of the wait staff, security, or the organisers, who will tell you where to find them and/or accompany you if necessary, so that you can be attended to.
