Paulaner Münchner Hell

Paulaner Münchner Hell

Cerveza Lager

4,9% vol.

Su contenido de mosto original asciende al 11,5%.

Paulaner WeissBier

Paulaner WeissBier

Wheat Ale Beer

Germany's No. 1 yeast white beer and one of the most popular in the world.

Cloudy in appearance, it presents itself in the glass with a shimmering golden velvety colour and a robust crown of foam that truly deserves its name.

Right from the start of the brewing process, this classic Munich white beer exudes a light banana aroma.

The connoisseur appreciates hints of mango and pineapple and praises the beautiful balance of sweetness and bitterness. Beer lovers enjoy the fine yeast aroma and the fabulous smoothness of the fizz. It is a typical beer for outdoor drinking, able to unite people from all over the world.

With an alcohol content of approx. 5.5% vol., its original wort content is 12.5%.

Paulaner Salvator

Paulaner Salvator

Double Bock Roasted Beer

The history of the Paulaner brewery begins with this drink. And also the history of strong beer in Bavaria, since the Paulaner monks were the inventors of this high-alcohol, low-fermentation seasonal drink.

Salvator beer has been brewed according to the traditional recipe for more than 375 years and has been refined over the years: with a caramel-coloured crown of foam, this chestnut-coloured beer, combined with its seductive chocolate aroma, unfolds its pleasant intensity with every sip. It's joined by the finest Munich malt, rounded off with a light hop note on the palate.

Often copied but never achieved: the mother of all high-alcohol seasonal beers traditionally designated with the suffix "-ator"!

Its high original wort content amounts to 18.3%, resulting in an alcohol content of approx. 7.8% vol.

The brewing and fermentation of Heineken 0.0 takes twice as long as most beers and is carried out with Heineken's exclusive Type A yeast from natural ingredients.

Cruzcampo gluten-free

Cruzcampo gluten-free

Gluten-free beer

The same raw materials are used in the production of Cruzcampo gluten-free beer as in the traditional Cruzcampo: water, hops, barley malt, corn and yeast.

During the production process, thanks to hydrolysis, the gluten is eliminated from the beer, leaving the rest of the elements intact, with all their original properties and flavour.

A guaranteed gluten-free beer, which more than meets the standards required by the Food Codex for a product for coeliacs.

Paulaner beers are brewed according to the Bavarian purity law of 1516, using only the best ingredients:

  • Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier and Paulaner Salvator: summer barley, aromatic Hallertau hops, own yeast and glacier water. History: Brother Barnabas, Abbot of the Paulaner Brewery Monastery, started brewing this beer in the year 1773, as a meal replacement during his forced fasting during the Lenten period.
  • Paulaner WeisBier**: wheat malt, barley malt, aromatic hops, own yeast and glacier water. History: At the beginning of the 17th century, the Italian monks of St. Paola's settled in Munich where they began to brew beer for internal consumption and could only be drunk outside of local festivals, where it achieved great fame.
