ORGANIZATION
EVENTOP CARPAS S.L. (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZING ENTITY), with Tax Identification Number B63638043 and registered office at C/ Molí d'en Bisbe, 14 - 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona), is organizing this contest for all attendees of the OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA 2025 who, in accordance with the terms set forth in these legal rules, meet the established requirements.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it.
FIRST.- CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
All natural persons over 18 years of age who meet the conditions set out in these legal rules may participate in the contest.
Attendance at the contest venue on the date and time indicated in these legal rules implies acceptance of them.
Failure to accept any of the terms and conditions of these legal rules will result in the loss of participant status in the contest, as well as the right to obtain any prize that may result from participation in this contest.
Employees of THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and their first-degree relatives may not participate.
SECOND.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CONTEST MECHANICS
Participants must attend the OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA on Thursday, October 2, dressed in their traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest costume, and must present themselves on the main event tent stage that same day between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. There will be two categories: one for the women’s category (“Dirndl”) and another for the men’s category (“Lederhosen”). The winner will be the person judged to be wearing the best traditional Oktoberfest outfit in their category.
A jury composed of members of THE ORGANIZING ENTITY staff and a representative from Paulaner, the official sponsor of the event in Spain, will select the winner from among all the contestants. All participants will be photographed by the organizers during the contest, and their photos will be published on the official Facebook, Instagram, and website of OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA.
THIRD.- IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT
Participation in the contest implies that the participant authorizes the organizing entity to capture and use their image, and to publish the photographs in which they appear on the Instagram and Facebook accounts of OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA for the purpose of promoting the event’s activities.
The assignment of image rights to the organizing entity, as described above, has no geographic limitation; therefore, the images, or parts of them, may be used worldwide without restriction.
This assignment of rights is established for an indefinite period, meaning the organizing entity may use the images indefinitely. However, in accordance with Article 2 of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal Privacy, and One’s Own Image, this authorization may be revoked by the participant at any time.
This assignment of image rights is free of charge; the participant receives no compensation in exchange for the assignment, and the organizing entity may not claim any compensation in the future for the use of the images as set forth in these legal rules.
FOURTH.- NATURE OF THE PRIZE
The winner of the contest in each category will receive a prize consisting of a VIP table at OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA, for one Sunday (October 5, 12, or 19) at lunchtime, with a tasting of Bavarian cuisine for two people. The prize includes 2 VIP menus (sausage grill + 1 pretzel + 1 liter mug of Paulaner Lager beer).
FIFTH.- NOTIFICATION OF WINNER STATUS
The contest winner in each category will be chosen after all participants have been seen on stage and will be informed immediately once the decision is made. Their personal details will be collected for the correct delivery of the prize.
SIXTH.- MODIFICATIONS AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTEST. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
THE ORGANIZING ENTITY reserves the right to make modifications to these legal rules and/or to add successive annexes concerning its mechanics and prize, provided that such changes are justified and/or do not harm the participants, and are duly communicated to them during the contest.
Any matter not foreseen in these rules, or any doubt regarding their interpretation, will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers. Participation in this call implies acceptance of each and every one of the provisions contained in these rules and agreement with the decisions of the jury, composed of staff from THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and the German Chamber of Commerce, whose decisions will be final.

SEVENTH.- PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by EVENTOP CARPAS S.L., Data Controller, whose contact details appear at the beginning of these legal rules, for the purpose of managing your participation in this contest. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and the execution of these participation conditions.
The winner agrees, by accepting these legal rules, that their personal data, including their full name and, where applicable, image, may be published on the social networks in which OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA has a presence (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) for advertising or informational purposes, without the right to receive any payment or compensation other than the prize offered in the contest.
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage this contest and for the applicable period to meet legal responsibilities.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection, and portability of your data, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, when applicable, by sending an email to info@eventopcarpas.com or by postal mail to EVENTOP CARPAS S.L., C/ Molí d'en Bisbe, 14 - 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona).
If you believe that your right to data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
EIGHTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and the participants submit to Spanish law, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, and to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona for any dispute that may arise between them.
