ORGANIZATION
EVENTOP CARPAS S.L., (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZING ENTITY) with Tax Identification Number B63638043 and registered office at C/ Molí d'en Bisbe,14 - 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona), organizes this competition for all attendees of OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA 2026 who, in accordance with the terms established in these legal rules, meet the established requirements.
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it.
FIRST.- CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
All individuals over 18 years of age who comply with the conditions established in these legal rules may participate in the competition.
Attendance at the participation venue on the day and at the time indicated in these legal rules implies acceptance thereof.
Failure to accept any of the terms and conditions of the legal rules of this competition will result in the loss of participant status in the competition, as well as the right to receive any prize that may arise from participation in this competition.
Employees of THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and their first-degree relatives may not participate.
SECOND.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND CONTEST MECHANICS
Participants must attend OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA on Thursday, September 24, dressed in your traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest costume and must appear on the stage of the event's main tent on the same day from 19:00 to 20:00. There will be two categories, one for the female "Dirndl" category and another for the male "Lederhosen" category. The winner will be the person selected as wearing the best traditional Oktoberfest costume in each category.
A jury composed of members of THE ORGANIZING ENTITY's staff and a member of Paulaner, the official sponsor of the event in Spain, will be responsible for selecting the winner from among all the contestants. All participants will be photographed by the organization during the competition and their photos will be published on the official Facebook, Instagram and WEBSITE of OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA
THIRD.- IMAGE RIGHTS ASSIGNMENT
Participation in the competition implies that the participant authorizes the organizing entity to capture and use their image and to publish the photographs in which they appear on OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA's Instagram and Facebook accounts for the purpose of publicizing the activities organized for the event.
The assignment of image rights to the organizing entity pursuant to the preceding paragraph has no specified geographical limit, so the images or parts thereof may be used in all countries of the world without geographical limitation.
The assignment of these rights is established for an indefinite period, meaning that the organizing entity may use the images for an indefinite duration. However, in accordance with Article 2 of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Privacy and Personal Image, this authorization may be revoked by the participant at any time.
This assignment of image rights is made free of charge, meaning that the participant receives no compensation in exchange for the assignment, nor may the organizing entity claim any compensation in the future in exchange for the use of the images provided for in these legal rules.
FOURTH.- NATURE OF THE PRIZE
The winner of the competition in each category will receive a prize consisting of the opportunity to enjoy a VIP table at OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA on a Sunday (September 27, October 4 or 11) at midday, with a tasting of Bavarian cuisine for 8 people. Includes 8 VIP menus (grilled sausages + 1 pretzel + 1-liter jug of Paulaner Lager beer).
FIFTH.- NOTIFICATION OF WINNER STATUS
The winner of the competition in each category will be selected once all participants have appeared on stage and will be informed of their winner status at the very moment the decision is made. Their details will be collected for the proper execution of the prize.
SIXTH.- MODIFICATIONS AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTEST. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
THE ORGANIZING ENTITY reserves the right to make modifications to these legal rules and/or to add successive annexes regarding the mechanics and prize, provided that such modifications are justified and/or do not harm the participants, and that they are duly communicated to them during the course of the competition.
Any matter not provided for in these rules, or any doubt regarding their interpretation, will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of each and every provision contained in these rules and agreement with the decisions of the jury composed of personnel from THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and the German Chamber of Commerce, whose decisions shall be final.

SEVENTH.- PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by EVENTOP CARPAS S.L., the Data Controller, whose contact details are indicated at the beginning of these legal rules, for the purpose of managing your participation in this competition. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and the performance of the execution of these participation conditions.
The winner consents, by accepting these legal rules, to personal data relating to their first and last name and, where applicable, image, being published on the social networks on which OKTOBERFEST BARCELONA has a presence (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) for advertising or dissemination purposes, without being entitled to receive any payment or compensation for this other than the prize offered in the competition.
Your data will be retained for the time necessary to manage this competition and for the period applicable to addressing legal liabilities.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, where applicable, by sending a written request to the email address info@eventopcarpas.com or the postal address of EVENTOP CARPAS S.L., C/ Molí d'en Bisbe, 14 - 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona), If you consider that there has been any violation of your right to data protection by us, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
EIGHTH.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
THE ORGANIZING ENTITY and the participants in the competition submit to Spanish law and, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona for any dispute that may arise between them.
