Can I pay by card?
Yes, we accept card at most points of sale. Cash is also accepted, so you can pay however is most convenient for you. No worries!
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Without a valid ticket, re-entry is not permitted. Keep your QR code safe on your phone or print it out. If you have any doubts, contact the organization at info@oktoberfest-barcelona.es.
How can I work at Oktoberfest Barcelona?
If you want to be part of the Oktoberfest Barcelona team, you can send your application to info@oktoberfest-barcelona.es indicating:
Your name and contact details
Type of position you're interested in (hospitality, security, customer service, etc.)
Relevant previous experience
Time availability
Hiring usually takes place between June and August for the September-October event. We will contact you if your profile matches our needs.
Can I organize a private party within the event?

Can I buy official merchandise?
Yes, at the event next to the Information Point and on this website. Steins, t-shirts and more souvenirs to take the Wiesn amb gust de Barna home with you.
Can I enter the venue with a motorbike helmet or scooter?
No, for safety reasons access with motorbike helmets, scooters or objects that could compromise security is not permitted. The access team will let you know what you need to leave outside.
Can I bring animals to the celebration?
No, except guide dogs for visually impaired people. We want everyone to enjoy the event comfortably and safely. Thank you for understanding!
Can I buy tobacco at the celebration?
There is no tobacco on sale inside the tents. But you can step out to the outdoor terrace if you need to. The atmosphere continues out there!
How can I book a stand?
Send your proposal to info@oktoberfest-barcelona.es. The organization will get in touch to assess your request and explore collaboration possibilities.
Is there a lost and found point?
Yes, at the Information Point by the entrance. Unclaimed items are kept in our offices. Contact info@oktoberfest-barcelona.es to recover them after the event.
