What is included ?

➯ Priority access to the party according to the selected shift.

➯ Availability of the reserved table according to the selected shift.

➯ General table reservation is free of charge, except for the afternoon sessions on Friday and Saturday. Entrance fee 5,00€ per person.

➯ For the afternoon sessions (after 17:00h), a cost of 5,00€ per person will be applied, which will be deducted from any consumption (1), with an equal or higher price, which is paid at the party on the day of the reservation, exchanging a Ticket with a QR Code (Value QR) per product.

➯ Maximum capacity per table is 8 people (minimum 4 people).

Management fee per table booked of 0,99€.

Recommendations :

➯ **Only book your table reservation on the official Oktoberfest website. Barcelona **.

➯ It is 'recommended' to **arrive at the beginning of the time slot of your reservation and occupy your table **. However, if you arrive within the selected time slot, you will be guaranteed access to the tent and, as far as possible, you will be seated at a table in the venue similar to yours.

➯ It is not necessary for all attendees from the same table reservation to arrive together at the marquee. Each attendee will have their own ticket with a unique QR Code, which once validated will no longer be valid.

➯ No food or drink can be brought into the marquee.

➯ For security reasons, no motorbike helmets, scooters or any other equipment that the security team at the access control deems appropriate to ensure the safety of the attendees and staff. However, there will be lockers at the access control point where you can store them.

➯ Another space for coat check will be set up at the party.
